What is the average turnaround time for a repair?

The timeframe depends on the nature of the service and part availability. For a standard service, please allow 2 to 5 business days. We will provide you with an estimated timeframe during the diagnosis.

My bike is making a weird noise, what should I do?

Bring it to us! An unusual noise is often a sign of a worn or misaligned component. Our diagnosis is free if the work is done with us. We'll identify the source of the noise and offer you a suitable solution.

How much does a full revision cost?

The complete overhaul starts at €130 for a mechanical bike and €160 for an electric bike. These prices are indicative and include labor. Any parts replaced will be charged extra, always with your prior agreement.

Can I bring my own parts?

This isn't ideal because mistakes can be made regarding part compatibility. However, we can install parts that were not purchased from BeBike, but in that case we charge a labor surcharge of 25%.
