Which bicycle brands are eligible for trade-in?

Over 200 brands are listed by Upway: Moustache, Cube, Giant, Riese & Müller, O2feel, Kalkhoff, Trek, Specialized, Bosch, Cannondale… If your brand does not appear in the widget, contact us directly at the workshop.

Does my bike need to be in perfect condition?

The estimated price assumes a functional and complete bicycle. Wearable parts (tires, brake pads, chain, cables) are not penalized – Upway will replace them during refurbishment. However, structural damage to the frame or a defective motor may affect the offer.

How long is the estimate valid for?

The buyback offer is valid for 14 days from the request. After that, simply request a new estimate: the algorithm adjusts based on the market and updated mileage.

Am I required to buy a new bike in exchange?

No. You can absolutely have your bike bought back without a trade-in. That said, many customers take the opportunity to switch to a newer model, and we're here to help if that's the case.

When am I paid?

Once the bike is dropped off at the workshop and picked up by Upway (within 48 hours generally), payment is made by bank transfer within 5 business days.
