Do you take all brands of bicycles?
Yes. We maintain and repair all brands of bicycles, whether they were purchased at BEBIKE or elsewhere.
Do I need to make an appointment before coming in?
It's not mandatory. For simple requests, you can go directly to the workshop.
For technical interventions or specific projects, an appointment is recommended to allow for the necessary time.
Can I have my bike delivered to BEBIKE?
Yes. For certain brands, you can have your bike delivered directly to us.
We will handle the assembly, adjustments, and maintenance.
Do you offer services for businesses?
Yes. We support companies with bicycle leasing, pool bike, and soft mobility solutions, including maintenance and monitoring.
Do you provide services for electric bikes?
Yes. We provide maintenance and repair services for electric bikes, all brands.
Do you sell used bikes?
Yes. We occasionally offer checked and serviced used bikes. Feel free to contact us or stop by the workshop to check availability.
Can I rent equipment from BEBIKE?
Yes. With BEBIKE Rental, you can rent bikes and various equipment (trailer, bike rack, transport case), according to your needs and the desired duration.
How long does an interview or repair take?
It depends on the intervention and the period.
We always give you a clear estimate before we start.
What to do if I have a problem after a procedure?
