BEBIKE is currently the only Canyon service partner in Luxembourg. We work in direct liaison with the brand to ensure local, clear, and efficient support.
Concretely, this means you have a single point of contact, at the workshop, which centralizes your request and handles everything from start to finish. This way, you avoid unnecessary back-and-forth, multiple email exchanges, and endless delays related to sending the bike back to Canyon.

We handle maintenance, mechanical repairs, warranty management, and Canyon after-sales service. We also assemble bikes delivered to BEBIKE, perform precise adjustments after assembly, and offer upgrades and optimizations tailored to your riding style. When specific Canyon parts or accessories are required, we also take care of ordering and tracking them.

Thanks to our dedicated form, you transmit all the necessary information to us at once. The attached invoice must clearly state the model and serial number of the bike in order to process your request quickly.
